NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR RING SIZE?
Let us provide some information
that might help
How to know
your ring size
Method 1: Measure a ring you already own
-
Measure the inside of the ring to the nearest size.
-
The measurements shown on our website refer to the inner diameter of the ring.
-
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Method 2: Measure your finger
Wrap a measuring tape around the base of your finger where you plan to wear the ring. Careful not to wrap the tape too tightly. Once you have a comfortable fit, mark the point where the measuring tape overlaps.
Tips💡
Finger size will change with time and temperature. For more accurate results, we recommend measuring your finger size under the following conditions:
-
At night when your fingers are warm, as fingers tend to be smaller in the morning and when it's cold.
-
We also suggest measuring the finger size 3 to 4 times to avoid misreading.
-
Please do not use elastic materials, such as an elastic band to measure the ring size as this may result in an inaccurate measurement.
What if I really don’t know my ring size?
We understand that finding the right ring size can be difficult. We are pleased to offer a free ring sizer to our valued customers upon purchase confirmation. The ring sizer will be sent to you via post after the confirmation of the order.
Resizing
At NeveGems Jewellery, we offer complimentary ring sizing during the first month of your purchase if you require a slight adjustment for a better fit.
However, please note that not all of our rings can be resized due to certain design or material limitations such as natural stone’s tolerance to heat.
Any repair or modification to a NeveGems ring by a company other than NeveGems will result in the expiration of the warranty. However, we are still able to provide repairing services for a fee.
Additional fees will apply if you need to resize a ring from a size below US 8 to US 8.5 or above.
