ENGRAVING
Make your purchase unique with our range of engravable jewellery at NeveGems. We offer a variety of customizable options, allowing you to add initials, symbols, or dates to your pendant necklace or ring.
To have your chosen piece engraved, simply let us know when placing your order.
We kindly advise you that engraved jewellery items are not eligible for exchange.

NeveGems Jewellery typically utilizes the 'Arial' font for engraving purposes. This font is selected for its clean, modern look and its versatility in accommodating a range of text styles and sizes.

Customize Your Own Jewellery
If you require a specific font for your engraving, please indicate this in your order and our team will contact you to confirm.
Engraving service is NOT accepted when the content includes:
- Insulting, discriminatory, pornographic
- Other company name or Logo
- Wording conflicts with the product features (such as a yellow gold ring engraving with the Letter "Pink")

RING RESIZING
During the first month of your purchase, we offer free ring sizing for your NeveGems ring if you require a slight adjustment for a better fit.
However, please note that not all of our rings can be resized due to certain design or material limitations such as natural stone's tolerance to heat.
Any repair or modification to a NeveGems ring by a company other than NeveGems will result in the expiration of the warranty. However, we are still able to provide repairing services for a fee.
Additional fees will apply if you need to resize a ring from a size below US 8 to US 8.5 or above.
ALTERING AN EXISTING NEVEGEMS DESIGN
If you happen to come across a NeveGems' piece but would like slight modifications to be made to fit yourself better (such as different lengths for the chains for necklaces or bracelets, specific stones you would like to use, etc.), simply drop us a note with the product number stating the desired measurement and we will try our best to help!
