Our  Policy

Warranty 

 

All of our jewellery pieces come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, your jewellery can benefit from our ultrasonic cleaning services which effectively eliminate accumulated dirt and dullness from the metal.  *Additional services, such as re-polishing, re-grinding and scratch removal for rings will incur a charge.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover any damage resulting from artificial, accidental, negligent or improper use nor does it cover regular wear & tear.

If the jewellery is repaired or modified by a company other than NeveGems, the warranty will be voided automatically.

 

Order Confirmation

 

We will send you an order confirmation by Email or WhatsApp within 3 working days once the transaction is completed. If you do not receive the confirmation during this period, please get in touch with us.

If you decide to change your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Simply reply and let us know the new design you have chosen, and we will send you a new order confirmation.

Please note that if we do not receive a reply from you within the specified timeframe, the order will be processed as confirmed.

 

  

Shipping 

 

Local Singapore Shipping

 

We provide free local shipping within Singapore which is fulfilled by our professional in-house logistics team or a reputable courier.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes so please provide a valid residential or office address for the delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address you have provided is accurate, and NeveGems cannot be held responsible for any missing packages resulting from an incorrect address.

Estimated delivery time

 

The majority of our products are made to order. Therefore, the delivery time for your order is estimated to be approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of confirmation.

International:

We provides international shipping and insurance for all orders.

We use a reputable courier such as FedEx for international shipments. Please contact us to obtain a shipping fee quote.

 

Please note you will be responsible for any duties, GST, VAT, taxes or surcharges required by your country.  Prior to placing an order, we advise you to consult with your local authorities to confirm taxes and duties.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

Returns and Exchanges

 

After a transaction has been successfully completed, it is important to note that it is non-refundable.

 

However, we do provide our valued customers with the flexibility to modify their order within 24 hours of receiving their order confirmation without incurring any additional charges.

 

Any price difference resulting from the order modification will need to be settled accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter

If we do not receive a reply from you within the specified timeframe, the order will be deemed as confirmed and will be processed.

We offer our customers the option to request store credit in the event of a return or to exchange the product for an alternative within 7 calendar days of receiving the package, at same design and price, provided there are manufacturing defect(s).

 

Our return or exchange policy for manufacturing defects is only valid for up to 7 calendar days after receipt of the package. After 7 calendar days and a request has not been made, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

 

We encourage our customers to inspect their products upon receipt to ensure that any defects or issues are addressed within the specified timeframe.

In order to be eligible for a product exchange or return for store credit, please provide us with the required information to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. This includes your order number, invoice details, payment method and record as well as clear & detailed photos of the received item(s).  This information will help us to quickly and accurately assess your request and provide you with the best possible solution.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Jewellery Colors and Jewellery Size  

 

The colors of the jewellery depicted in the photos on our website / Instagram / Facebook may vary slightly due to lighting effects, including under sunlight, as well as individual monitor settings. While we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our jewellery, the actual colors may appear slightly different in person

 

It is important to refer to the provided details and measurements rather than relying solely on the visual representation of the jewellery in the photos. Zooming in on the photos may give the impression that the jewellery appears larger than its actual size. We recommend checking the dimensions and descriptions provided to ensure an accurate understanding of the size of the jewellery.
