Our principal manufacturing office is situated in Hong Kong. By eliminating the middlemen, retail establishments, and unwarranted mark-ups, we are able to reduce the unnecessary overhead costs and provide our customers with products at an affordable price point.

All the gemstones we offer are natural and authentic. Our diamonds are sourced from natural deposits and we do not sell synthetic diamonds. Our in-house Assortment Team meticulously hand-picks and examines each diamond and gemstone to ensure the high quality and sparkle for every piece of NeveGems’ jewellery.

NeveGems is a registered company in Singapore, operating as an online jeweller. As per regulations, we have obtained an operational license to sell jewellery products made of precious metals and stones. With over 20 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing in Hong Kong, we have developed long-term relationships with renowned global dealers and retailers. Our brand is known for offering the most reliable source of supply, along with the high quality designs and craftsmanship at the best value for money.

The majority of our products are made-to-order, the production process takes approximately 3 weeks from the date the order is confirmed. Upon placing an order, an estimated shipping date will be provided in the order confirmation.

If you happen to come across a NeveGems’ piece but would like slight modifications to be made to fit yourself better (such as different lengths for the chains for necklaces or bracelets, specific stones you would like to use, etc.), we are also pleased to assist you with custom design requests. We offer a free resizing service for your NeveGems ring within 1 month from your purchase or 14 days from the date of order delivery, whichever is later. Please note that resizing may take approximately 3-4 weeks, as your ring will be sent to our manufactory office in Hong Kong for the resizing process. Some rings may not be resizable due to the design and material limitations, such as the delicacy of the ring or the natural stone's tolerance to heat during the production process. If a NeveGems ring is repaired or modified by a company other than NeveGems, the above warranty will automatically be nullified. We are still able to provide repair services, but they will be subject to a charge.

All of our jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty. For specific details about our policy, please refer to our "Policy" page. Please note that our warranty does not cover any loss or wear & tear caused by artificial, accidental, negligent damage or misuse. It's If a NeveGems product is repaired or modified by a company other than NeveGems, the above warranty will automatically be nullified. However, we are still able to provide repair services for a fee.
